There really isn't a better feeling for a parent than when thehard work and diligent efforts of a child pay off.
When we picked her up from the final night of tryouts
she ran out in front of the car, bounded over to
my side and flung open the door. She threw her arms around my
neck saying over and over "I did it Mom! I did it Mom!"
I didn't think I'd ever be a basketball fan but I am now!

I am proud of Maddie! That is so exciting...maybe we can make it to a game while we are visiting? That would be really fun!
